We are conducting a series of focus group discussions with school leaders from various regions to gather insights on the effectiveness and challenges in teacher recruitment and retention.
This forum provides an opportunity to share strategies, overcome challenges, and drive systemic improvements in educational institutions worldwide. Following the discussions, we will publish a report highlighting key findings and insights, which will be shared with participants and could potentially influence educational policies.
Need
The demand for qualified educators is escalating, yet retaining top talent continues to challenge educational systems globally. This focus group serves as a vital platform for discussing and addressing these critical issues, promoting long-term sustainability in educational staffing.
Objective
Our goal is to collaboratively explore and enhance recruitment and retention strategies among education leaders, fostering actionable insights to strengthen global educational practices.
Methodology
Each focus group will last approximately 45-60 minutes. It aims to collect quality data from participants who are deeply involved in teacher recruitment and retention. These discussions will be structured to allow for equitable participation from all attendees, ensuring a comprehensive collection of data and insights.
Discussions will actively explore current methodologies in teacher recruitment and retention, identifying aspects that are effective, those that are lacking, and areas for potential improvement.
